Cardiovascular Science is a peer-reviewed, open access international journal that publishes original research highlights, research articles and review articles on all aspects of cardiovascular basic and clinical research. The journal welcomes clinical, basic and translational science studies that provide insights into cardiovascular remodeling, cardiac diseases, thrombosis and haemostasis, vascular biology and inflammation, imaging and technology.

Areas of particular interest include, but are not limited to:

Regulatory mechanisms, detection technologies and intervention strategies of cardiovascular remodeling
The normal functioning of heart and vasculature
Mechanisms of a particular disease
Risk factors, diagnostic imaging, therapeutic strategies and novel treatments of cardiovascular disease
